Ventura County Surf Forecast – Wednesday – Offshore winds and NW swell continues

The Swell
NW swell (290-300), some WNW-NW leftovers, and some small SW swell (200-220) will continue to hold on Wednesday...but may lose a little steam by the afternoon.

Waves
Look for most spots to hold surf in the waist-chest high range…a little inconsistent on sets at times but still fun when they show. Top NW facing spots, mostly through the south half of the county, will have some chest-shoulder high waves with some inconsistent head high sets.

Winds
N-NE winds around 10-15 knots for the morning with some gusts hitting in the 20-25 knot range in the wind prone areas. NW winds around 10-12 knots develop for the afternoon and then back down slowly through the afternoon.
