Ventura County Surf Forecast – Monday – Small swell mix and clean conditions
The Swell
We will see a mix of WNW-NW windswell, some trace SSW southern hemi swell, and some background NW energy (295-300) from further out in the NPAC.
Waves
The high tide will continue to hamper, uh flatten, the surf through the early morning…but winds will remain light and we should see a few more rideable looking waves coming through as the tide drops. Average spots will eventually stick in the knee-waist high range while the standout NW facing breaks, mostly through the southern part of the county, will be in the knee-chest high range.
Winds
Light offshore to light and variable winds on tap through the morning and W-WNW winds around 10-12 knots for the afternoon. Looks clean through the first half of the day.
